Statement of Mission

The enterprise determines to provide its share of contributions to the building industry through the following effort:
• generating revenue projects for asset growth and continued capacity building
• engaging to the full, the capability and creativity of the enterprise’s skilled workers, contract personnel and third party providers
• providing employment and new business opportunities to other allied business
• strengthen the enterprise organization through linking, networking
• undertake branch establishment
• share resources and time for promoting ecologically sustainable human settlements in the country
• through its own small way, help contribute to unifying policy advocacy and engage in active local campaigns to address the local and national housing backlog
